Should your package be seized, we will offer you the choice between a free re-ship of the same order (1 time maximum) or a full refund.

This is possible only upon presentation of an official document (Customs seizure notification etc...)

Refunds and exchanges

As many sites are offering fake Jintropin today and that we want to reassure anyone regarding our product's quality. IF YOU ARE NOT FULLY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF ONE OF OUR PRODUCTS, YOU CAN RETURN IT AND YOU WILL BE 100% REFUNDED. Contact us and inform us of the return of a package, we will then provide you an addresss in Thailand to which you will have to send back the merchandise. We will refund you within 15 days after reception of your parcel.

Shipping informations

We use first-class, priority airmail and a maximum of discretion is used in packaging and shipping. We make our packages in a way that they do not look like they contain anabolic steroids.

Delivery :

The delivery takes 4 to 6 days worldwide. In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us at quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order. We will not be held responsible for delays (such as holidays, christmas, weekends...), damages or losses caused by the carrier.
